What is the Army's minimum standard of fitness?
The minimum standard of fitness for the Army is:
Women
Must be able to run 2.4km in 12 minutes 20 seconds,
Complete 50 curl ups in one set, and
Complete 14 press-ups in one set.
Men
Must be able to run 2.4km in 10 minutes 30 seconds,
Complete 60 curl ups in one set, and
Complete 28 press-ups in one set.
