Question:You're stationed in Afghanistan, teaching English to the local military. A basic understanding of English will improve communication and cooperation between them and the New Zealand Army peacekeepers. This will mean that local unrest can be more easily solved with discussion than violent street warfare. Today's English lesson is focused on common livestock and it's proving to be more difficult then you'd expected. As an education officer, you're responsible for keeping the communication lines open - what do you do?
Possible solution: Face the armed men and cluck like a chicken .
