It is not possible to accurately detail what specific positions are available at any one time and continuously keep the website updated. However, as an indication, the NZ Army will consider applications from personnel with current or recent relevant full time military service from either the UK, Australian, USA, Canadian or NZ Armed Forces as follows:

Critical Trades

• Intelligence operator, Ammunition Technician, Armourer, Electrical Fitter, Electronics Technician, Systems Engineer or other signals trades. Less critical but still desirable: Corporal Vehicle Mechanic, Driver, Movement Operator, Dental Assistant or Hygienist.
• Specialist Officers with appropriate qualifications in medicine and dentistry.
• General List Captains.
• Trained Service personnel who have certification in supervising apprentices

The ranks we are most interested in hearing from are Lance Corporal - Sergeant and Captain.

While applications from other ranks and trades may be considered, those listed above are our priority at present.

We are planning an interview programme for either mid November 2010 or March - April 2011, so applications should be made now with that in mind.
